Privacy Notice
Last updated: August 30, 2026
This notice explains how DemandMend handles information submitted through demandmend.com and information provided when someone contacts DemandMend directly.
Information we may receive
When you request a lead-leak audit or contact DemandMend, you may provide your name, company, website, work email, phone number, approximate inbound lead volume, operational notes, and other information you choose to share.
The site may also record limited request context such as the page URL, referrer, and campaign parameters so we can understand how the request reached us.
How we use it
We use submitted information to review the requested audit, respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether DemandMend may be relevant to your operation, communicate about a potential or active business relationship, protect the service from abuse, and improve the site and operating process.
What we do not do
DemandMend does not sell submitted contact information. We do not use form submissions to fabricate case studies, testimonials, results, or customer claims.
Service providers
DemandMend uses service providers to operate the website, email, source control, and business automation. Information may be processed by those providers only as needed to operate the relevant service and subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
Retention and security
We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the business purpose for which it was collected, operational records, security, dispute prevention, or legal obligations. We use reasonable access controls and avoid storing passwords, payment credentials, verification codes, and similar secrets in the sales CRM.
Your choices
You can ask DemandMend to correct or delete information you submitted when reasonably possible, or ask us to stop non-essential follow-up. Some information may need to be retained for security, legal, accounting, or transaction records.
